From first hello to final gallery
Inquiry & first contact
Send me your plans via the contact form. Within 48 hours I reply personally and send you my Pricing & Services Guide.
Meeting & proposal
We talk about your day and what matters to you, on a video call or, if you’re nearby, over a coffee. Afterwards you get your personal proposal. Contract and retainer secure your date.
Creative planning
A short questionnaire helps me get to know you two better and understand what matters most to you. Then we build a shared moodboard and walk through your timeline together, so you can truly enjoy the day with the people you love most.
Wedding day & delivery
On the day I work quietly and unobtrusively. Wherever you need a little guidance, I’ll gently direct you. Your sneak peek arrives within a week, your full gallery in 8 weeks.

What does your pricing for wedding photography look like?
I don’t work with a menu of hourly packages, because a wedding day doesn’t run by the hour either. Your collection is built around your plans: the venue, your guests, what matters most to you.
Most of my couples invest between €3,500 and €4,900. Send me your date and venue, and I’ll send you my guide with everything that’s included.
When should we book you?
Most couples book 10 to 16 months ahead, especially for May to September. If you already have a date, it’s worth asking early.
Do you also work internationally?
Yes. I’m based in Vienna and photograph weddings all over Austria and across Europe. Germany is familiar ground, and I’d love to travel with you to Italy, France, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Portugal or Spain.
How does the payment process work?
To secure your date, a 40% retainer payment is required. The remaining balance will be invoiced after the preview delivery and is due before the final gallery is handed over.
How many images will we receive?
Around 600 to 1,000, depending on how your day unfolds. I edit every single one myself and tell your day as a story: the big moments, the quiet ones in between, the details and the places around you. So when you look through your gallery, it feels like living the day all over again.
How much coverage do we actually need?
Most of my weddings are full-day stories, from getting ready until the party is in full swing. We plan your timeline together, so your day decides how long I stay, not a clock. A long weekend celebration or something small and intimate? We’ll find what fits.
Do you deliver mostly black and white photos?
While I love sharing black and white moments on Instagram and on my website, your final gallery will be primarily in color: around 80% color and 20% black and white.
I use black and white selectively – for moments where emotion, light, or storytelling are stronger without distraction. It’s never random or “too much,” and if you prefer fewer black and white images, just let me know. I want your gallery to feel like you.
Do you offer wedding films?
Yes. I work with a small team of videographers I trust, and you can book photo and film together with me. One contact, one plan for your day, and a highlight film of 3 to 5 minutes with the same modern, editorial feel as your photos.
