How we work together
Inquiry & first contact
Send me your wedding plans via the contact form. Within 48 hours, I’ll personally respond, send you my Pricing & Services Guide, and provide you with an initial proposal based on your details.
Meeting & proposal
We'll schedule a video call to discuss your expectations. After our conversation, you'll receive an updated proposal if needed. Once you confirm, I’ll send you a deposit invoice. Your date is officially reserved once the deposit is paid.
Creative planning
Together, we'll create a shared moodboard to define the visual style and atmosphere for your day. We’ll also review your timeline and all important details to ensure a smooth and relaxed experience.
Wedding day & delivery
On your wedding day, I work quietly and attentively to document real moments without staging. Your complete gallery will be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks. Wedding Albums can be ordered at any time after your wedding and have a production time of approximately 2 to 3 months.
Frequently asked questions
How many images will we receive?
Depending on the scope of your day, you will receive between 400 and 800 carefully edited images – typically around 50 to 100 final images per booked hour.
How much coverage do we actually need?
Most weddings I photograph are full-day stories and start from 8 hours of coverage.
Depending on what you’re planning, we’ll define the right amount of time together.
Whether it’s a multi-day celebration or something more intimate – the coverage adapts to your day, not the other way around.
How will we receive our images?
All images are delivered as JPEGs in a password-protected online gallery – in both high resolution for printing and low resolution for sharing on social media.
Do you work with a second shooter?
For weddings with 10 hours of coverage or more, I bring a trusted second photographer to ensure that every moment is captured with care, precision, and our shared creative vision. This allows us to cover different perspectives and moments simultaneously, without missing anything important.
Can we book additional hours if needed?
Yes, additional hours can be added at any time – either when finalizing your booking or even spontaneously on the wedding day, depending on availability.
When should we book you?
Most couples book 9 to 12 months in advance, especially for popular dates between May and September. Early booking is highly recommended to secure your preferred photographer.
Do you also work internationally?
Yes, I photograph weddings across Europe. I have worked extensively in Austria, Germany, and Italy.
I’m also excited to take on weddings in France, Switzerland, Portugal, Spain, Mallorca, and other beautiful destinations.
How does the payment process work?
To secure your date, a 40% retainer payment is required. The remaining balance will be invoiced after the preview delivery and is due before the final gallery is handed over.
